Co-founders Dennis De Meis and Chris J. Koceman established the company in 1994, a venture conceived while working together for several years at a competing brokerage house. In 2000 Jordan De Meis was brought on as a sales agent and has recently taken over as Broker Associate at the firm.
As a full time brokerage company, Southwest must sustain current knowledge in all facets of today's commercial/industrial market. This is accomplished in part to being "involved in the marketplace", from constant communication between owners, property managers and tenants. In addition, the company maintains a comprehensive inventory of available properties which provides essential market information for current market rates and values.
