Southwood owns and maintains its own fleet of equipment which includes dozers, loaders, excavators, off road trucks, backhoes, and cranes.

In addition Southwood has been involved in several Design-Build projects for construction, dealerships, marine facilities, office/warehouse projects and industrial facilities.
