	Mr. Bell has over 37 years of diversified experience in IT/Systems and Communications Engineering, flight operations, mission control, satellite and space vehicle requirements, technical support, schedule management for major aerospace programs, agency interface and liaison, contract proposals and negotiations, program/project and account management.  Mr. Bell has a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Colorado.
