Medical: SDI, in cooperation with Daicel Group, is actively exploring a variety of possible applications in the medical devices industry that would benefit from the high speed and high reliability of our energetic capabilities. The prime candidate for application of this technology is a needle free injection device from a variety of drug injection applications. By using pyrotechnic capabilities, both the depth of injection and the accuracy of the dosage can be very tightly controlled.
