RMS Commercial Group is a full-service real estate appraisal and consulting firm based in Central New Jersey, but covering a wide geographic area, including all of NJ, as well as being experienced and licensed in NY, PA and MD.  We offer highly focused litigation support on a wide variety of commercial and properties, as well as specialized analysis of estate matters, partial interest valuations for accounting purposes.   We are also very experienced with a wide variety of complex and special purpose property types and are skilled in the valuation of leasehold interests and other types of interests such as easements and development rights, as well as separating business value from real estate value for ad valorem taxation or other purposes.

Bruce E. Jones, MAI, BCA, CMEA, CTA leads the commercial division and brings over 25 years of real estate experience. In addition to holding the MAI designation as a real estate appraiser, I am hold the Business Certified Appraiser (BCA) designation with the International Society of Business Appraisers, as well as being a Certified Machinery/Equipment Appraiser. I specialize in properties that represent a blend of real estate plus an intangible business value, along with personal property such as furniture, fixtures and equipment. including complex and special use properties, as well institutional and investment quality assets throughout the U.S.
