Spectrum Commercial Real Estate Investment Services, Inc (SCREIS) was started in 2008 by and for investors.  We specialize in the Property Management of investment properties with an attention to detail and the bottom line.  We are investors ourselves so we know the importance of cost containment coupled with the ability to maximize the revenue or income potential of properties.  We manage properties for national major banks, government agencies and private investors.  SCREIS does REO property management and we have extensive experience in dealing with distressed or problematic properties.  We make cities, banks and owners happy by dealing with city code enforcement issues, tenant issues, compliance issues, expense and capital budgeting, and government reporting all in a timely efficient manner.  
It is our opinion nothing will zap cash flows quicker than bad or inattentive property management.  It is always better to have a great management company with an average property than the opposite alternative.  SCREIS does not do commercial brokerage for any clients so we are not competing with our referring agent and brokers.
