Spectrum Development Solutions, is a real estate advisory, development management, and owner’s representation firm. We currently manage $450M of mixed-use, urban and student housing development in the Puget Sound Area. Our team has overseen development and construction for a wide range of clients including higher education, civic entities, health care, arts and cultural institutions and private land owners. Our primary market is made up of public and private institutions in the Puget Sound region seeking oversight for the programming, design, development, financing and construction of mixed-use, urban, environmentally sustainable, student and workforce housing.
