Instead of working with one Realtor, we have a team who are all working for you. Spencer took the many responsibilities a classic Realtor has and divided those into separate roles within our brokerage. Having a whole team working on your behalf provides more availability, extra care, and better service for our clients. Spencer’s background in construction and remodeling is an excellent source of insight when considering a property or when you are getting ready to sell. He can break down potential costs of concern as well as recommend remodeling projects and materials that will get you the highest return on your investment. With his Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning, he can give clients useful insight into neighborhoods including why they’re desirable, what affects property values, and what the livability and traffic flow is like. Spencer and his team are actively involved with the community. You can often find us volunteering at organizations or promoting local businesses.
