Spot On Recruiting, Inc. was founded with the mission to incorporate years of medical and recruitment knowledge in order to enhance the hiring experience. We use a consultive, direct, ethical, expedient and detail oriented approach to recruitment. We recruit for physicians, administrators, mid-level providers, allied health and nurses.  We are based out of South Carolina. We offer extended night and weekend hours to help ensure effective and quick communication with candidates and clients. We work in all 50 states and cover all specialties.

We have a large existing database of active candidates and also work daily to find new and qualified candidates for our clients openings. We assist our clients and candidates with identifying their search criteria, assessing the current market, scheduling interviews, referencing and contract negotiations. We also believe strongly in putting the customer first. Our staff is an award winning, hard-working, knowledgable and passionate staff that will always go the extra mile for their customers.
