SpringShire Retirement Community is currently being planned as a full service non-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community in Greenville, North Carolina. The community will include a full range of services available in a continuum of care setting. With a professional, caring and dedicated Board of Directors and staff, SpringShire will provide high quality and affordable retirement services and care. We are in our Priority Reservation Program Stage. At this point a minimal refundable deposit places your name on our Priority List. This list will be honored when we start pre-sales for actual homes. Deposits are fully refundable. The community will be developed on approximately 38 acres located in Northwest Greenville. The community is projected to consist of approximately 285,000 square feet with 12 Detached homes and 150 apartments, Assisted Living and Nursing Care will also be provided if and when a resident develops that need. Common use space will include; but are not limited to, library, dining rooms, auditorium, outpatient clinic, parlors, activity rooms and wellness areas.
