Established in 1988, STAR Dynamics was created to meet the needs of America’s Low Observable(LO)/Counter-Low Observable (CLO) programs. Approximately two-thirds of our employees have technical degrees, including the President and CEO, Dr. Jerry Jost. Our Advanced Programs group leads our radar innovation with PhD level physicists and electrical engineers. Our Engineering group develops our radars, providing Electrical, Mechanical, Software, and Systems Engineering.
