StarMax Internet Service is an Internet Service Provider (ISP) serving in the Milwaukee Metro area and surrounding communities since 1996, providing service to business and non-profit organizations in SE Wisconsin. We directly connect to multiple Tier-1 Internet backbone providers, local access carriers, and the public telephone system.
 
StarMax's secure data center hosts our carrier-class network equipment, our direct connections to multiple Tier-1 Internet backbones, and our direct connections to local fiber-optic, wireless, and telecommunications carriers.

StarMax History
In 1996, Computer 911, a local IT services provider, started providing Internet  and related services to its business customers under the StarMax brand name. As the capabilities of StarMax grew more diversified, these services were moved into a separate company named StarMax Corporation in 2001. Although StarMax continues to provide diverse cloud services to many of Computer 911 clients, StarMax provides quality cloud services to any business that wants to take advantage of the flexibility StarMax provides through its relationships with Internet and local communications carriers.

Our Mission
The StarMax Mission is to be the best alternative local source of cloud services to commercial and non-profit organizations in our local geographic region. 

We accomplish this by teaming up with Internet backbone providers, local telecommunications carriers, best-in-class network, server, and storage equipment makers,  best-in-class software platforms, and our top-notch customer-focused network and operating system engineers.
