Steffensmeier Welding & Mfg., Inc. was established in 1982 by the late Ben Steffensmeier. Ben started his business in a small shop in a small town. With the help of his team, he grew his business to a 40,000 sq. ft. facility now located in Pilot Grove, IA. Ben started off doing small repair jobs for farmers and local business’ and later grew to large projects involving equipment and experience in laser cutting, mass manufacturing, and machine work. Today, his company takes on a variety of custom projects of all sizes. With SWM’s experienced team and high-powered equipment, the possibilities are endless.
