Stewart Lynn & Associates is a PBM consulting firm that specializes in pharmaceutical benefit programs for Third Party Administrators (TPAs) and group health administrators. Our founder, David Skarin, managed the TPA book of business for CVS Caremark and designed the financial model they used to govern pharmaceutical benefit plans for every TPA in their book of business.
