Acquisition Opportunity Stieglitz Snyder Architecture was acquired by Labellapc in January 2022, indicating a potential consolidation move and a need for post-acquisition integration services, as well as opportunities to offer continuity design, preservation of client relationships, or IT/operational harmonization.

Small Firm Upsell With a small team (2-10 employees) and revenue in the $1M-$10M range, there is a clear opportunity to position scalable, cost-efficient technology, cloud, and security solutions that fit lean operations and can grow with the firm.

Tech Modernization Existing tech stack spans AWS, Mimecast, web technologies, and analytics; opportunities exist to provide integrated cybersecurity enhancements, cloud-first architecture tooling, and AEC-specific collaboration platforms to boost efficiency and client delivery.

Local Market Fit Located in Buffalo, NY, with relationships likely in regional commercial development and public works; sales plays could target regional architectural projects, not-for-profit developments, and government RFPs where streamlined compliance and local presence matter.

Competitive Positioning Compared to mid-to-large firms, Stieglitz Snyder may seek strategic partnerships or niche capabilities; a co-sell approach with larger AEC firms or niche service offerings (sustainability consulting, BIM/VDC, or modular design) could unlock growth while maintaining boutique agility.
