Our strategy is simple - creating mixed-tenure communities and building more affordable homes and homes for rent in collaboration with our partners for which we have a genuine passion and enthusiasm. We want to foster long-lasting relationships with our partners who share our aspirations in changing the landscape of property development and play our part in solving the UK's housing crisis. Our aim is to create homes that our owners love, and we only build homes that we would want to live in ourselves. Stonebond is a privately owned partnerships housebuilder focused on the delivery of high quality, mixed-tenure developments across the Northern and Southern Home Counties and the Midlands. We work in partnership with Registered Providers, local authorities, PRS Investors and Homes England, whilst also delivering private housing schemes. Our business was established 50 years ago and is privately funded by the Cherry family - founders of Countryside Properties. The vision for Stonebond is to grow the business, creating a lasting legacy that redefines housebuilding through the experience, expertise and skill gained over many years of success in the industry. Sustainable housebuilding is at the heart of our approach combined with our attention to detail in placemaking and designing premium partnership homes is reflected in our commitment to customer service; our knowledgeable team are on hand to ensure the purchase of a new home is as straightforward and pleasurable as possible from start to finish. Whilst delivering well designed new homes in sought after locations, we recognise it is our responsibility to contribute to the community; we seek to use local suppliers and employ local subcontractors where possible. Our work is award-winning: in 2024 & 2025 we were named Developer of the Year by Premier Guarantee, a leading provider of structural warranties, whilst we also claimed three regional Premier awards, beating almost 4,000 sites in the process.
