Strategic Professional Resources, Inc., (SPR) is a small business incorporated in Nebraska and headquartered in Bellevue, Nebraska. In September 2010, SPR was awarded the Program Management, Engineering, and Acquisition Support (PMEAS) contract at Offutt AFB in Bellevue, NE.

In providing services under the PMEAS contract, SPR conducts business in Colorado, Missouri, Nebraska, Texas, and Washington D.C. providing Advisory and Assistance Services to the Federal Government in multiple disciplines spanning program management, financial services, acquisition assistance, and full life cycle management.

In February 2015, SPR was awarded the Program Management, Engineering, and Acquisition Support II (PMEAS II) Contract (FA4600-15-C-0004); a firm-fixed price contract for non-personnel advisory and assistance services at Offutt AFB in Bellevue, NE with a total value of $75,220,169.  Contract performance began 1 April 2015.

SPR provides unique services addressing Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) Avoidance needs. We have Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) waivers approved by the Department of Defense (DoD). We are experienced in supporting source selection activities, managing sensitive financial data, and providing unbiased, trusted agent advice and recommendations to our customers.
