Striland Construction, Inc. was formed in 1981 as a commercial concrete subcontractor specializing in formwork, structural concrete, post-tensioned slabs, tilt-wall panels and larger paving projects.  Striland's target market includes, schools, churches, apartment complexes, hospitals, hotels, multi-story office buildings, multi-level parking structures, retail centers and other medium to large scale projects.  Our scope of work is turn-key and includes all required pier drilling, formwork, reinforcing steel, concrete and concrete placement.  Our projects are most often located within 125 miles of the Dallas-Ft. Worth Metroplex.  Although we perform work throughout Texas, we also perform work in Louisiana, primarily in the Shreveport/Bossier City area.  At the present time, Striland employs a staff of 12 superintendents and approximately 175 full-time employees.  Striland owns sufficient equipment to handle most beam and wall excavations, backfill, concrete forming, rebar installation, concrete placement, material handling and hoisting equipment to carry out most any size job. 

      Striland Construction is a corporation formed in the State of Texas and licensed to do business in Texas, Louisiana (License #39581) and Nevada (License #0067797).  Striland is covered by all relevant general liability, vehicle and workman's compensation insurances.
