Stronghold Games LLC is a publisher of high-quality board and card games in the hobby game industry. 

Since 2009, Stronghold Games has released many highly-regarded games, including the best-selling “Survive: Escape From Atlantis!”, the most innovative deck-building game, “Core Worlds”, the hit game line of “Space Cadets”, and the #4 ranked board game (according to BoardGameGeek.com fans) of all time, Terraforming Mars, as well as many others. 

Stronghold Games publishes game designs developed both in-house and in partnership with publishers around the world. 

In August 2018 at Gen Con, the world’s largest hobby game convention, Stronghold Games and Indie Boards & Cards (IB&C) announced a merger. With the third brand, Action Phase Games, already owned by IB&C, the combined company, known as Indie Game Studios, became one of the largest hobby board game companies in the world.
