Structured Parking Solutions (SPS) is a Florida-based firm that provides single-source access to any and all services required to responsibly address and solve your parking needs.

The foundation of our value proposition is parking deck layout efficiency and structural design cost effectiveness. We achieve this through consciously avoiding inefficiency and waste, capturing structural and architectural synergies, and following “best practice” design principles. We deliver this by leveraging the experience gained by our principals’ involvement in the design and post occupancy evaluation of over 150 parking structures. Built on this foundation are services related to parking including construction, financing, maintenance, and management.

Our design philosophy focuses on delivering the desired outcomes of cost effectiveness, site optimization, safe and inviting access sequencing, environmental sustainability, contextual compatibility, strategic phasing, and operations and maintenance efficiency. 

Our construction philosophy focuses on delivering on time, cost-effective parking facilities, and minimal disruptions of on-going site operations. This is accomplished through our team approach of incorporating design and construction personnel at the onset of the project. Workflow, communication, and efficiency are maximized while cost is minimized.
