STUDIO 1 Pilates n Movement is a boutique studio spa teaching the path to vitality, wellness and strength. The focus is serenity and clarity for the whole person. By Appointment Only. Personalized Pilates Mat and Pilates Reformer sessions are offered in group and private settings. Reiki and CransioSacral Therapy treatments are offered as well. As a Pilates teacher, and Royal Academy of Dance Certified Teacher, technique training is offered for dancers, golfers, cyclists, swimmers, and other professional and elite athletes. With a strong back ground in a physical therapy and Alexander Technique environment, I have worked extensively with those who have multiple joint replacements, scoliosis, titanium rods along the spine, steel plates in arms and feet, sciatica, pre-natal moms, and more. Studio 1 Pilates is a registered seller of Richway Bio Products. A sampling is in the studio for use with wellness treatments.
