Modh is the Gaelic word for method.

This word is a reflection of the studio founder’s Irish and American heritage and underpins an architectural process that is methodical, deliberative, and respectful in its approach to client, building, and place.

This method seeks to find particular answers to design problems through a thorough investigation of all aspects of the design and construction process; emphasizing a respectful engagement with construction professionals and an optimistic examination of the opportunities of great design solutions.

These solutions are arrived at through an intimate understanding of the client’s needs to produce designs that are particular to the site or building and reflect the way a client wants to live and work.
