HISTORY

The Sunseri Group of companies began in 1970 with the establishment of Sunseri Construction, a General Contracting firm located in Chico, California.  Sunseri Associates, Inc. was formed as a sister company to Sunseri Construction in 1993 to serve clients desiring construction program management.  The Sunseri philosophy is based on a pro-active, teamwork approach designed to effectively respond to specific project challenges.  We are resolution oriented and take pride in working in concert with our clients to achieve the desired result.

ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

Sunseri is dedicated to providing personal ongoing professional services to clients desiring construction program management.  Our commitment begins with the project conception and continues into facilities maintenance programs.  We are able to self perform concrete, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, and ornamental metal services with our own forces.  We have found that our General Contracting experience provides valuable insight in coordinating and managing projects for clients while maintaining commitment to quality and customer satisfaction as our first priority.
