Superior Contracting Company is a general contractor specializing in commercial and industrial construction in the Richmond and Central Virginia areas.  Since 1994, we have successfully completed numerous projects and developed a reputation among local owners, architects, clients, and subcontractors as a quality-driven general contractor with a proven track record of excellent performance.

Our goal is to act in the best interest of each client and to ensure that each Owner is completely satisfied with the value of their financial investment in their property and the quality of our work.  With a hands-on management style, we pay close attention to the details of each project and consistently deliver projects of superior quality, on time, and within tight budget guidelines.

Previous projects cover a wide spectrum of commercial and industrial building types and include new buildings, building additions, interior tenant fit-outs, and renovation projects.  We have extensive experience in many types of conventional construction including structural steel, light gauge metal, cast-in-place concrete, and wood-frame construction, and have also constructed numerous pre-engineered metal buildings.
