AHCA's Proof of Financial Ability to Operate- Preparations, Compilations and CPA consulting To complete the Health Care Licensing Application, the AHCA requires that each applicant prepare and include the AHCA proof of financial ability to operate when applying for a license. Change of ownership occurs when the licensee sells or transfers its ownership to an individual or entity(as defined) as evidenced by a change in FEIN or TIN, or an event in which 51% or more of the ownership, shares, membership, is transferred or assigned. AHCA requires the new owner to complete the Proof of Financial Ability to Operate. Quite often most CPA's and accountants lack the experience in preparing the Proof of Financial Ability to Operate, or you as the owner, would prefer an experienced CPA or accountant or oversee their work. In this case, we can work with your CPA or accountant and guide them through this process and your CPA or accountant can perform a majority of the work.
