The SweatShop is a boutique health club that has earned a national reputation for helping clients and aspiring instructors achieve success. We offer private Fitness and Pilates training, group training, and are also a STOTT PILATES Licensed Training Center for fitness professionals. In fact, we’ve helped more than 2000 Pilates instructors, 5000 fitness instructors, and 100 physical therapists achieve their career goals over the past 40 years. 

The SweatShop has a team of highly educated staff who are inventive, supportive and eager to teach. The SweatShop has a unique way of helping clients achieve their fitness goals by making a custom-built plan for each client, in an intimate atmosphere. Our team helps you assess where you are, where you can go with your goals, and who you will need on your team to get there. 

Pilates is widely recognized as a great way to build flexibility, core strength, and muscle endurance, while also improving coordination and balance or rehabbing an injury. In fact, many professional athletes have adopted Pilates conditioning programs to maintain top physical condition. We offer fitness training and STOTT PILATES® training, including mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrels formats.
