The SweatShop is a boutique health club that has earned a national reputation for helping clients and aspiring instructors achieve success. We offer private Fitness and Pilates training, group training, and are also a STOTT PILATES Licensed Training Center for fitness professionals. In fact, we’ve helped more than 2000 Pilates instructors, 5000 fitness instructors, and 100 physical therapists achieve their career goals over the past 40 years.

In fact, many professional athletes have adopted Pilates conditioning programs to maintain top physical condition. We offer fitness training and STOTT PILATES® training, including mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrels formats.
