Sweet Hearts Patisserie is an independently owned French-style pastry shop in Annapolis, MD.  We specialize in French macarons, petit fours, wedding cakes, occasion cakes, dessert tables, and wedding favors.  Our talented pastry team creates everything from scratch using top quality, seasonal ingredients.

Kristen Rowell is the executive pastry chef and owner of Sweet Hearts Patisserie.  She is a top graduate of The Culinary Institute of America at Greystone.  Her passion for all things sweet, beautiful, and French has come together at Sweet Hearts Patisserie,  creating delightful pastries, wedding cakes, and dessert displays that are just as magnificent to eat as they are to look at.  


Our Philosophy at Sweet Hearts Patisserie is that it is always better to have a small bite of something heavenly, than an enormous portion of something so-so. A little bit of dessert everyday is certainly acceptable in any diet, and we strive to make that experience the best part of your day.  We also believe that a pastry is a treat, and should look as good as it tastes, and taste as good as it looks.  We love creating beautiful works of art, but the most important thing is always knowing that what's inside lives up to the appearance.  We make everything from scratch in our own kitchen, and use top quality fresh ingredients.  Not only can you taste the difference, but you can feel good knowing that what you are eating is real food, made with loving hands.
