SCL operates as the prime contractor on multiple design and construction contracts for agencies such as GSA, Sound Transit and King County Metro and serves as subconsultant to corporate industry leaders on contracts with the Los Angeles MTA, Denver Regional Transportation District, WSDOT, the cities of Tacoma, Kent and Marysville, Sound Transit, King County and SDOT.
