The Taking Flight with DISC training program teaches people how to incorporate the four styles in their life. We know that learning is not an event, it’s process. So, follow up that initial session with the world’s first style-based movie, BirdBrains, Inc. From there, leaders can learn how to incorporate the styles into their daily behaviors in Chameleon Leadership and salespeople can take Chameleon Selling. Take Flight Learning can lead sessions for you, or you can get certified to deliver your own engaging and impactful style-based training programs. Our certifications go beyond interpreting graphs.
