A recent Huffington Post article reported nearly 60 percent of US companies are facing leadership talent shortages. Call me crazy, but the rabbit hole we're heading toward seems awfully dark. 

I am looking to connect with senior executives and business owners who value the importance of developing future leaders and want to invest in their high-potential managers. Executives and business owners hire me to assess the current strength of their organization and develop their leadership bench. By identifying high potentials employees who have the desire and courage to push their skills and talents to new levels of leadership, I help companies build their leadership for the future.

My process is a 12-month, peer-to-peer experiential leadership program aimed at top performers. Graduates show measurable gains by developing their influence in the broader organization, improving their management skills and increasing team performance, driving visible productivity gains, and tying their achievement directly to the company's goals.
