Tankersley Construction is a Northern California luxury remodeling and custom home builder known for clear communication, refined craftsmanship, and a proven process. We specialize in high end renovations, additions, and custom homes designed for real life and long term value. 
With a legal pad in front of him,  Steve formulated a business plan. On one side of the page, he wrote down everything they knew that worked well, and on the other side, everything that didn't. He ripped the page in half and kept what would become the governing principles of Tankersley Construction - integrity, value, and a commitment to always put the needs of the client above the needs of themselves. 
 
From that initial paper, a business concept was born that would provide the construction management resources of a multi-million dollar project to any client, regardless of project size.
