We are a community of health and business professionals working in “esprit de corps” with our guest members to inspire balance and quality in life.  Our culture is one of authenticity, service, integrity, and encouragement.  We consider ourselves to be a concierge wellness provider because there is no cookie cutter program given to any guest member.  Each guests’ program is mapped according to their state of health and their personal wellness goals.

The concierge services provided by Tash Wellness are focused on this goal and utilize a hands-on approach with each guest member by providing one-on-one coaching and training, small group coaching and training, large group fitness programs, accountability partners and groups, and nutrition along with guest lecturers on topics relating to their goals. 

TASH Wellness will be known for its high-quality team members, training sessions and community engagement endeavors.  TASH Wellness will be known as THE place for instructor classes, continuing education and wellness excellence.  The TASH Wellness community will impact lives through exercise, education, guidance, friendships, and accountability.
