TCE & Associates, Inc. has been a major provider of Consulting Structural Engineering services since its founding in 1962. The firm has progressed from its initial offering of design services for new construction to include renovations, additions, and historic preservation. We work on a wide variety of project types such as office and residential buildings, mixed-use complexes, and resorts worldwide. We have made a tremendous impact in the Washington DC, Metropolitan areas with the substantial numbers of building designs produced in our modest, long-time Silver Spring, MD office. Working with some of the world's most reknowned architects, developers, owners, associations, and realtors, we have acquired a wealth of knowledge just by listening to their concerns, interests, and goals, and pushing the envelope of innovation, determination, and commitment to achieve the desired end-product. It is a testament to the quality of service excellence provided to our clients that has allowed us to sustain these relationships over the years. In the 1970's TCE expanded to include repairs, restoration, historic preservation, and waterproofing services through its Repair & Restoration & Waterproofing Division. Many of these services are provided conjointly with new construction projects in some cases. One example is O Street Market where TCE just recently combined new construction with repairs, waterproofing, and historic preservation services on this very large mixed-use project in Washington, DC. We repair or replace all building types and components, such as parking garages, plazas, roofs, balconies, windows and doors, and more. We have a team of inspectors dedicated to ensuring the highest level of standards in quality control. All of our project teams are led by a principal of the company, and joined by as many project managers, engineers, CAD designers and support staff as needed to achieve the highest level of quality possible for each and every client.
