TEAM Construction was established in Vancouver, Washington in 1991. We are a commercial General Contractor that specializes in all aspects of construction.

TEAM Construction has received significant recognition for our work within the construction industry. We have received numerous Excellence-in-Construction awards on a local, regional and national basis. We are a multiple recipient of Platinum Level safety awards from Associated Builders and Contractors. We are the recipient of dozens of Top Project Awards for the Vancouver Business Journal and multiple Community Pride awards from the City of Vancouver.

TEAM Construction and its managers have extensive experience with projects consisting of concrete tilt, concrete masonry, structural steel, wood frame and pre-engineered metal building systems. We have experience with public and private sector projects including office buildings, industrial parks, retail establishments, religious facilities, schools, apartment complexes and many other unique projects. We also have a small works department which handles tenant improvements and renovation and repair work for commercial clients.
