Everyday throughout Ontario, the Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA) enhances public safety where people live, work and play. TSSA regulates the safety of amusement devices, elevating devices, ski lifts, boilers and pressure vessels, operating engineers and fuels. Our range of safety services include public education, certification, licensing, engineering design review, inspections, investigations, safety management consultation, compliance support and enforcement and prosecution activities. Our head office is in Toronto and we employ approximately 400 employees, 70% of whom work in Operations right across the province.
