TesCor Labs was established in 2009 to provide customers quality inspection services with on time results. Our client’s needs are highly valued to meet your schedule through routine basis at your facility, call-out basis or at our facility. TesCor Labs is committed to providing customer service, detailed reports by professional personnel in compliance with the high standard of quality programs that meet or exceed customer expectations. Our philosophy is based on quality N.D.T. services performed to the required industry codes and standards along with strict adherence to customer specifications. Our facility is located in Northeast Houston at 59 North off of Aldine Mail Route; we have a 10,000 square foot shop to accommodate all material to be stored in side, 2 - 8000 lb forklifts for loading and unloading material, 2 - Magnetic Particle Bench Machines a 6,000 and a 10,000 with D-Mag for continuous wet fluorescent inspection, 2 - portable King Hardness testers, and 2 - three ton overhead cranes to maneuver parts of various shapes and sizes for complete inspection coverage. TesCor Labs currently offers the following services, though we are currently adding to our portfolio to offer more services for our clients needs. NDE Services: Field Services In-House Services Ultrasonic Testing Thickness Testing Magnetic Particle Inspection Liquid Penetrant Inspection Welder Qualification CWI – Certified Welding Inspector Hardness Testing – King Brinell All NDE Technicians certified in accordance with the American Society of Non-Destructive Testing Document ASNT-TC-1A and experience with API, ASME, AWS and ASTM specifications.
