Texas Adoption Center is a program of A World for Children, which, as non-profit, has been providing exceptional foster care and adoption services to children and families across Texas since 1997.  

As a licensed adoption agency in Texas, we provide a full array of services both before and after adoption. Among other things, we provide counseling and emotional support for expectant mothers and adoptive families; we handle all the legal work necessary for the transfer of parental rights; we place the child with the adoptive family; and we offer support for both the birth parents and the adoptive family after the adoption is finalized.
