Destiny must have ‘remembered the Alamo,’ one lazy evening late last summer, when we found ourselves over a table in San Antonio. We had been on the road a week or so, travelling through parts of West and Central Texas, when fate brought us back to an ‘ol favorite Tex-Mex Spot.

Washing down homemade tortillas with frozen Margaritas, we decided to put our money and love for true Texas cooking where our mouths were. The result – the original ‘Nueva Texicana’ food truck.

‘Nueva Texicana’ is a fresh & exciting take on traditional Tex-Mex cuisine. The menu features a tantalizing blend of well-known Tex-Mex favorites, authentic Mexican classics, and original ‘Nueva Texicana’ creations. We are not reinventing the wheel. We’re simply two compadres passionate about this food, and set on bringing the best of our favorite Tex-Mex fare from deep in the heart of the Lone Star State to you.
