The company’s branding incorporates the “305” area code which is synonymous to Miami and recognized throughout the world. Its primary goals are to provide clients with professionalism, confidentiality and an integrated marketing approach to sell their homes quickly and for the highest price.

The company was formed by Corey Schwartz, a licensed Real Estate Broker, who has handled residential and commercial sales since 2004. As a real estate professional, Schwartz is an expert in marketing homes, negotiating complex transactions and providing clients with detailed market research.

Prior to starting 305 Homes, Schwartz founded College Town Living in 2006 to help students, parents, alumni, employees and property owners buy, sell and rent homes near the University of Miami. The company has become the most recognizable provider of collegiate real estate services in Coral Gables and the neighboring community. 

Before his real estate career, Schwartz spent four years as a Corporate Sales Executive with the Miami Heat basketball organization and two years as the Director of Marketing for the University of Miami Athletic Department. He is also alumnus of the University of Miami having received his Bachelor of Business Administration in May 1999.
