The Ascend Group, Inc. was established in 1997 to serve the Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Arkansas markets as a professional sales and marketing team in the Data and Telecommunications Industry. The Ascend Group specializes in Structured Cabling solutions utilizing copper cable, optical fiber and associated connectivity and cable management products.  We also represent a system that offers modular and programmable electrical infrastructure for buildings that eliminates much of the hardwiring required with traditional electrical systems as well as products for Power Protection and Conditioning and a complete line of Industrial and Emergency Telephone Sets. 

Our staff of trained and industry seasoned professionals has over one hundred years of combined experience and have participated in the dynamic growth and changes that have occurred in our market. From the varying LAN architectures of the 80’s to 10/100 Megabit Ethernet of the 90’s to today’s emerging Wireless and multi Gigabit platforms as well as the integration of voice, security, building automation and process control functions into the network architecture members of our team have grown up with the industry and have the ability to offer unique insight and perspective.
