The Ballet Physique fitness studio is home to a transformative and empowering barre workout program. Our method—based around a ballet barre—expertly combines strength training, cardio, Pilates, and classical dance techniques to help you attain a lean and sculpted body, just like that ballerina you dreamed of being as a child. However, for this round, you can leave the tutu and tights at home.
