The Body Project is a holistic wellness center located in Eagan Mn that follows the principles of the Father of Medicine, Hippocrates.  Hippocrates once said there are only three doctors you will ever need, Dr. Diet, Dr. Quiet and Dr. Happiness.  The Body Project has added, Dr. Movement.

When you spend time with all four of these doctors you will most certainly look, feel, move and live better, guaranteed.When you have dysfunction in your body there is always a symptom behind it. 

At The Body Project we want our clients to ask better questions.  Instead of asking “how can I get rid of my back pain, digestive issues, inability to sleep, weight gain, depression, low energy, headaches”; we want our clients to ask “why am I experiencing these symptoms.”  Our chart below shows all the potential variables that could cause a specific symptom.  We Get To The Root Cause, Not Just Treat The Symptom!

Integrating all four doctors in our wellness center we are able to help clients correct their symptoms when other places could not.  Our programs are customized for each individual based on their symptoms and the variables you see in the above chart.

Rob Smith
Rob Smith has been in the health and fitness industry for 22 years. He has a diverse background in the industry having held positions such as head personal trainer, sales and marketing director, general manager, owner, and consultant. Rob has worked with Olympic and professional athletes as well as clients who he helped lose over 120 pounds. Rob oversees all programs at the Body Project.

Paula Smith
Paula Schneider is a Certified Natural Health Professional and Certified Personal Trainer with over 10 years of experience in Nutritional Counseling, Diet Supplementation, and Fitness Training. Paula has coached hundreds of clients on weight loss and holistic health. Working at the world renown Hippocrates Health Institute in Florida helped shape many of the philosophies she has today.
