The BrandLab’s mission is to open the marketing and advertising profession to all voices and perspectives. We serve young professionals from social, economic, and educational backgrounds not traditionally represented in the profession who are interested in marketing careers through job programs, professional development, mentorships and more. In addition, we work with the industry to place young talent and ensure that both the workplace and work being produced are culturally competent and equitable. We were founded in 2009 and are based in the Twin Cities.
