The Brokerage is a London-based charity that helps young people aged 16 to 25 access work experiences, develop employability skills, and pursue employment through partnerships with employers. Its mission is to raise aspirations, broaden access, and create opportunities in financial and professional services to foster workplace diversity.

It runs programs for young people from Westminster and surrounding London areas, including those from lower socio-economic backgrounds, through the Next Gen Talent Programme. It collaborates with corporate partners to provide mentoring and work-experience opportunities, with JPMorgan Chase and Grosvenor among its partners. A Westminster partnership aims to reach 500 young people over five years (2026–2031) to improve employability, and in 2026 it announced a Marketing Summer Internship with Foresters Life Insurance Company to broaden practical experience.
