The Company Lab (CO.LAB) is a startup accelerator based in Chattanooga, Tennessee. It focuses on early-stage ventures across sectors including energy, artificial intelligence, quantum technologies, logistics and supply chain, advanced manufacturing, and smart city and intelligent traffic. The program works with corporate teams to articulate their most pressing challenges and then brings in startups whose solutions can be tested in real-world settings, providing hands-on guidance and direct access to enterprise partners to support growth and scale. As a compact organization within the think-tank ecosystem, CO.LAB connects corporate needs with innovative ventures to enable pilots and potential commercial relationships. In March 2026, CO.LAB participated in and hosted a Quantum in Action event in Chattanooga, organized in collaboration with UTC's Max Fuller Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship to foster collaboration among industry leaders, scientists, and researchers.
