The CW Network, LLC operates one of the United States' major broadcast networks, delivering a slate of primetime entertainment and sports. It broadcasts about 15 hours of primetime programming each week and more than 300 hours of sports annually, including LIV Golf and ACC football and basketball, with the NASCAR Xfinity Series joining in 2025. The network also runs an ad-supported CW App that is free to users and provides current episodes, LIV Golf live streams, and an on-demand library across major platforms. The CW is majority-owned by Nexstar Media Group, which maintains the largest CW affiliate footprint with 42 CW and CW Plus affiliates reaching roughly 39% of the population. 
The company is headquartered in Burbank, California. CW Sports, introduced in 2023, has been recognized as a finalist for the 2026 Sports Business Awards Breakthrough of the Year.
