Scholarships & Access Significant need-based scholarship coverage (around 30% of students) indicates budget sensitivity around tuition and ancillary costs. Opportunity to offer targeted financing, scholarship management solutions, or donor CRM integration to streamline grant tracking and fundraising campaigns.

Catholic & Diverse Outreach As a Catholic elementary school in downtown Chicago with a focus on faith development and respect for other traditions, there is potential to upsell faith-based programing, community partnerships, and inclusive education tools that align with values-based curricula for family engagement platforms.

Tech Stack & Modernization Current tech footprint includes iCIMS, Paycom, SharePoint, Adobe, Teams, and web platforms, suggesting openness to cloud-based HR, payroll, CMS, and collaboration enhancements. Cross-sell digital learning management, CRM integration for admissions, and analytics to improve enrollment and retention.

SMB-Scale Growth Revenue range and staff size place FXW in a mid-market segment with similar peers in independent and Catholic schools. Opportunity to propose scalable solutions such as modular LMS, donor management, and grant tracking that fit tight budgets yet support curriculum expansion and student services.

Competitive Positioning Among local peers, FXW competes with other Chicago independent and Catholic schools of varying sizes. Marketing and enrollment services, virtual events, and parent-engagement tools could differentiate FXW through enhanced storytelling, alumni networks, and streamlined enrollment journeys.
