Here is my story: In 1995, I walked into the world of recruiting with a phone, a desk, and a call list. No LinkedIn. No AI. Just grit, intuition, and a belief that talent was the engine of every great company.

I rose through the ranks to become VP of a national recruitment firm, helping organizations build leadership teams that could win in their industries. It was a high-stakes, people-first business.

In 2002, I took a leap and founded The Frank Gump Agency. For more than 20 years, I’ve partnered directly with executives, not just to find jobs, but to craft careers. From executive branding overhauls to direct-to-decision-maker executive search campaigns, I’ve built strategies that cut through the noise and broken processes of HR and traditional recruiting. And now... the game has changed again.
