The Niagara Lutheran Health System oversees The GreenFields Continuing Care Community, which is made up of five affiliates: 

GreenField Manor— ideal for people looking for affordable, quality residential living, and a place to enjoy retirement.

GreenField Court— designed to serve seniors who need some assistance with their daily activities.

GreenField Health & Rehabilitation Center— WNY's premier rehabilitation center. Our highly trained expert staff and state-of-the-art facilities provide the best care possible to get you back in action and feeling good again. 
Our skilled nursing long-term care residents receive the unique day-to-day services they require. And just like home, our residents are completely cared for with support for medical, spiritual, emotional, and quality of life needs.
Respite care is also available for an individual who is normally cared for at home.

GreenField Terrace— offering memory care and enhanced assisted living in an environment that is just like home. Nursing staff is available 24-hours each day, and Care Partners provide just the right amount of assistance for each resident. The focus is on the person rather than on a schedule.

The  Niagara Lutheran Health Foundation— raises funds to improve the quality of life for our residents and the work environment for our caregivers by contributing toward the purchase of necessary equipment, programs, and furnishings.
